The Torreya tree is a rare and endangered species, native only to a small area on the Apalachicola River. The Torreya tree is a symbol of Florida's fragile natural ecology and a reminder that the rare and unique should be prized and protected before it disappears. Just as we believe, that independent and individual restaurants that strive to provide the best in dining, while becoming an element of each community's unique identity; should be appreciated and supported .
