Georgio’s was established March 4, 1994 by owner/managers, George and Karen Koikos. George opened his first Tallahassee restaurant in 1969; the Spartan Restaurant downtown in the old Duval Hotel (now Park Place). Karen has been his business partner since 1977. They have a combined 65+ years of restaurant experience. They know what makes a great restaurant and their promise, “Your dining pleasure is our specialty” sums up what Georgio’s is all about.
Georgio’s team of fine professionals (including daughter Nikoleta as office and banquet manager and Chef Grant Beane) are dedicated to providing only the best in quality and personalized service.
Georgio’s large menu includes fresh seafood, black angus steaks, chicken, and pastas; prepared in World Cuisine and American Classic Style. Portions are generous and entrée selections INCLUDE your choice of soup or house salad, fresh vegetable sides, and fresh baked breads.
The north east location is convenient to I-10 interchange #203 and downtown. The unique ambiance is comfortable, yet elegant, with a variety of seating areas suited for business meetings, romantic dinners, and fun celebrations. Georgio’s has three private dining rooms seating 45 to 85, and a semi private room seating up to 12.
Georgio’s “Silks” Lounge has booth and table seating with a full premium bar. Georgio’s also offers an extensive list of fine wines to accompany our chef’s culinary creations. |
